利用实测响应信息的暂态功角失稳实时判别方法
Real-time Transient Instability Criterion Based on Post-disturbance Response Data

Abstract
Real-time transient stability analysis requires fast transient instability criterion, so this paper analyzed the characteristic of physical variables on tie lines in oscillation centre and studied the relationship between variables and power system stability. Phasor measurement unit (PMU) data, such as the generator rotor angle measurements, bus voltage phasor measurements, tie-line power measurements and frequency measurements, was applied to design a real-time transient instability criterion. This criterion can take full consideration of the non-linear characteristic of power systems. It only needs the crucial measurements extracted from the huge number of PMU data updated timely, independent of the network parameters and system operation conditions. Moreover, the criterion has clear physical meaning and fast calculation speed, and is simple to use. Simulation results show that the criterion can quickly and correctly identify transient angle stability.关键词
