摘要

Abstract

The thermal performance of molten salt cavity receiver under cloudy condition was researched in this paper. Some conclusions were obtained from experiments and analysis. Compared with sharply varying input power, the outlet temperature of the receiver changed smoothly. The higher surface temperature was, the bigger the rate of temperature change would be. In addition, the relation between average temperature and the volume of the fluid inside the storage tank was also studied. The average temperature of the fluid would change little if the volume of the fluid inside the tank increased. However, the influence of volume on average temperature decreased with bigger and bigger volume.
