Abstract
In order to investigate the prevalence of porcine torque teno virus type Ⅰ(TTV1),59 serum samples from four large-scale pig farms in Laixi,Laiyang,Jiaozhou and Chengyang were collected for molecular epidemiological investigation of TTV1. DNA was extracted from serum by a High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid Kit,and PCR was conducted using the specific primers of TTVI. Results showed that the infection of TTV1 was detected in all the four selected pig farms. Among the four farms,the highest infection rate was 55.2%in Laixi. The infection rates of farms in Laiyang,Jiaozhou,and Chengyang were 30%,10%,and 20%respectively,indicating that TTV1 existed widely in pig farms. TTV1 usually is not a pathogenic agent,but it can enhance the pathogenicity of the other pathogens. Therefore,it is important to be aware of the infection of TTV1 in pig population.关键词
