两种方法检测牛地方流行性白血病的比较
Comparison of indirect ELISA and AGID for Detecting EBLV Antibody in the Serum Samples Dairy Cattle
摘要
Abstract
Objective to analyze the consistency of ELISA and AGID for detecting BLV antibody. Method The 3998 Se-rum samples of cows imported from Uruguay were collected and tested for the antibodies against BLV using ELISA and AGID. Result The results showed that the positive coincidence rate of the two methods was 100%(18/18),the nega-tive coincidence was 99.42%(3975/3998) and the total coincidence rate was 99.87%(3993/3998). Conclusion Both ELISA and AGID could be applied in diagnosis and serological screening of EBL,and the ELISA positive rate was higher than that of AGID method.关键词
