摘要
Abstract
The new technology of amplified luminescent proximity homogeneous assay linked immunosorbent assay is based on the development of luminescent oxygen channeling immunoassay technology, and it is characterized with more sensitivity、homogeneity、low back ground、no-wash and less sample size. The technology has been used in the detection of biomarkers、kinases、antigens、antibodies、protein-protein interactions and in the research of High-throughput screening and disease diagnosis. The technology will be applied and developed in more regions with progress in science.关键词
