摘要
Abstract
Strengthening the marine geological survey work is the strategy needs for the construction of marine economic powerful nation. This paper points out that China should learn from some developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Russia, Canada and United Kingdom who are with advanced science and technology, excellent equipment, and remarkable marine geological survey results. The speciifc methods include: uniifed planning, management and deployment is needed for marine geological survey; we not only have systematic, consecutive mid and long term State's united programming, but also have short-term, targeted deployment for the recent key work;at the same time, the construction of technology and R&D capabilities, as well as publicity and education must be strengthened;marine consciousness of the whole people must be improved;and we must also exert ourselves to train the technical personnel.关键词
