公益性地质调查工作社会化服务形式探索--以曹妃甸项目为例
Exploring Ways of Socialized Service of Public Geological Exploration Work-Taking Caofeidian Project as an Example

Abstract
This paper introduces the project of environmental geological survey and evaluation in the coastal zone of Caofeidian, Hebei province. It points out that this project, based on the requirements, has been organized and implemented effectively. Through the combination of professional technology and service, the work deployment has been optimized. The special and staged achievements were timely summarized and compiled during the implementation of projects, so the achievements have been successfully applied to the regional planning and construction of Caofeidian. At the same time, the working tactics, such as“grasping the status quo, making predictions and make suggestions” has made the geological survey work playing an important role in rational use of geological resources, the adjustment of major project planning and construction and environmental function zoning. Moreover, geological environment information service platform of three-dimensional visualization was built successfully. The mechanism of“interaction of supply and demand”has been explored;and the consciousness of active service has always been carried out the total process of project operation. While a mechanism of regular meetings with the administrative departments of planning and construction has been built, the link between supply and demand, as well as the platform for supply and demand of communication have also been established.关键词
