Abstract
In recent years, the geological exploration units have made signiifcant headway, but there are some problems with regard to the government, geological exploration units and the staff. This paper offers some proposals for promoting the classiifcation reform of geological exploration units with the government's leading role. These are: The direction of the reform, the work for geological exploration, and assignment of responsibility of all kinds of geological exploration units must be given a clear direction; overall demand of all kinds of geological prospecting work will be forecasted; geological prospecting units will be reasonably set up; and supporting policies for reform should be made deifnite. And ifnally, we should integrate the geological team according to a certain system and mechanism.关键词
