Abstract
There are some problems for developing rural land assets management, for example, no enough funds to support, lack of rural ifnancial products, unsound service platform, and imperfect management mechanism and so on. In recent years, some useful efforts in exploring ways to promote rural land assets management have been made in several parts of the country where they develop rural land financial and build farmland transfer platform. Furthermore, this paper introduces some policy suggestions, these are:speeding up the rural land ifnancial services and institutional innovation; developing the mortgage of land management right and pledge of the equity ifnancing innovation; trying to set up land banking and land assets securitization; building farmland transfer platform at the grassroots level so as to realize sinking service;expanding the platform service function and creating a one-stop service platform.关键词
