Abstract
Correctly identifying the subject and object of the transfer of the rural collective construction land is an important prerequisite for realizing rural collective constructive land marketization. Be based on analysis of rural collective construction land, the concept of collective construction land circulation, and the subject and object of transfer, this paper points out that the subject and object of the transfer must be sorted out and clearly deifned. And then it puts forward some measures required for further improving the work related to identiifcation of circulation of subject and object from the aspects such as carrying out registration and certiifcation, improving circulation policies, and strengthening the supervision of the government.关键词
