摘要
Abstract
This paper gives a general introduction on the background of the MANILA amendments to the STCW Convention, analyses the content of the adjustment about seafarers’training certificate and relative domestic legislation. This paper also provides relevant recommendations and countermeasures on the problems possibly emerged during our transitional period of implementation on the base of training certificates.关键词
