摘要
Abstract
On the basis of all the required obligations of the contracting governments to STCW convention, this paper, combining with the development of the audit scheme of IMO member States, and the implementation situation of SOLAS, MARPOL, summarizes the implementation scheme of STCW Convention. This paper also, combining with the analysis of the pros and cons of this scheme, reviews throughly the legal documentation and implementation measures of STCW convention in China, and provides some suggestions on the implementation of STCW Convention in China.关键词
