Abstract
This paper systematically analyzed the background and development of World Report on Disability (WRD). Disability is an issue of human right and development. The theoretical framework and contents of WRD had been discussed. WRD concluded the evidences and proposed recommendations for policy making of disability and rehabilitation. This paper had been proposed WRD implications to dis-ability.关键词
