上颌单颗前牙不翻瓣即刻种植的临床应用研究
Immediate implant placement with flapless surgery in maxillary anterior single site

Abstract
0bjective:To evaluate the clinical and aesthetic results of immediate implant placement with flap-less surgery in maxillary anterior single site. Methods: 17 fresh pockets of maxillary anterior single teeth with atraumatic extraction were debrided carefully and the implants were placed into the flapless sites immediately. Impressions were taken after soft tissue development with provisional implant restora-tions and the definitive restorations were finished. The follow-up time was 3 to 9 months. The evaluated indexes involved marginal bone level at mesial and distal aspects of the implants, the interproximal papilla index score of Jemt's classification and the level of the labial soft-tissue margin. Results: All 17 implants acquired excellent osseointegration, no implant failed in the follow-up time. The interprox-imal papilla index score of 3 were observed in 11 implant sites, score of 2 were observed in 6 implant sites. Excellent soft tissue profile and contour were seen in the most implant sites. Conclusion: Pre-dictable and excellent esthetic results of immediate implant placement with flapless surgery in maxillary anterior single site could be achieved with prudent manipulation.关键词
