上颌前牙区种植美学修复的临床探讨
Clinical evaluation of esthetic restoration for anterior implant

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of various esthetic implant restoration methods in maxillary anterior zone. Methods: 68 patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss were implemented im-mediate or delayed implantation. Esthetic restoration methods including soft or hard tissue augmentation and provisional crowns were used to promote esthetic effect. The survival rate of implantation and soft tissue esthetics were evaluated after 2 years restoration. Results: Survival rate of implantation was 97.4% in the observation periods. The ratio of 2 and 3-level of mesial and distal papilla index in im-plant sites were 93.4%. Conclusions:According to different actual situation, various esthetic restoration methods are combined and can achieve satisfactory clinical effect in maxillary anterior implantation.关键词
