摘要
Abstract
This paper took buds of Anthurium scherzerianum as explants and screened out the best culture medium of bud clumps to establish a rapid technique system of micropropagation . T he effects of different auxins was studied .The results showed that the positive effect was G3 > G2> G1> G6> G4 > G5 ,the best culture medium for propagating cluster buds was MS +6-BA1 . 5mg/L ,the propagate multiple was 27 .关键词
