Abstract
The leaves were used as the explants and taking MS as the basic medium supplemented some different plant grow th regulators to establish the tissue culture and rapid propagation sys-tem of Sedum nicaeense All .through initial induction ,subculture proliferation ,rooting cultured and transplantation .The result showed that the suitable medium for callus was MS supplemented with 0 .5mg/L 6-BA and 0 .05mg/L NAA ,and the induction rate of callus reached 87 .78% ;The suitable medium for shoot induction was MS supplemented with 1 .0 mg/L 6-BA and 0 .1 mg/L NAA ,and the induction rate of shoot reached 88 .89% ;The optimal medium for roots induce-ment was 1/2MS supplemented with 0 .3mg/L IBA and the induction rate of roots reached 91.33% ;T he survival ratio of plantlets reached 84% .关键词
