Beer Development of Pine Needles and Honey
摘要
Abstract
New beer of healthcare was developed using honey ,pine needles ,potatoes ,hops and water as ingredients .The results showed that the beer was produced by the feed solution which was made from 20% potatoes ,1% pine needles and 17% honey ,and fermented .Sensory and physicochemical parame-ters of the new beer were better than national standards of beer in china .关键词
