浓缩生长因子治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察OA
The clinical observation of treatment of recurrent oral ulcers by using the concentrated growth factors
目的：观察应用浓缩生长因子凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡，对患者疼痛消失的时间及愈合时间的影响。方法选择136例复发性口腔溃疡患者，随机分为实验组71例及对照组65例。实验组应用浓缩生长因子凝胶涂抹溃疡表面，3次/天；对照组用金因肽（重组人表皮生长因子）喷于溃疡表面，3次/天；比较两组溃疡愈合情况。结果疼痛消失的时间实验组3.25±0.32天，对照组4.61±0.54天，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；溃疡愈合时间实验组5.15±0.74天，对…查看全部>>
