Abstract
Objective To study the women female characteristics of myocardial infarction , in order to develop rational treat-ment.Methods From Cardiology from January 2007 to December 2010 were treated 45 cases of female myocardial infarction were retrospectively analyzed.Results The results of women age than men late 15 to 20 years,the incidence and the season has nothing to do with menopause,age-related,have been stopped after 15 to 25 years of peak periods,typical clinical symptoms,wheezing,chest tightness,abdominal pain,shoulder pain,etc.together account for 69%,typical angina,only 31.1%,rales,and cardiac arrhythmias are more consolidated ,but the less malignant arrhythmia ,10 cases of simple high HDL-C viremia,indicating the presence of coronary heart disease rage Sex differences in infarction:extensive anterior ,anteroseptal infarction than inferior ,posterior wall and more ,but no statistical significance ,the majority of violations of single vessel.Conclusion men and women there are gender differences in acute myocardial infarction.关键词
