摘要

Abstract

In order to reveal photosynthesis change in ramie under different fertilization conditions of nitrogen and potassium , an orthogonal experiment with two factors and four levels was designed , in which Huazhu No.4 was chosen as the experimental material in field .Net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value were analyzed during each growth stage in three harvest seasons .The results showed that nitrogen had more effect on net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value than potassium .Potassium had a sensitive effect below mid-level nitrogen and this effect would be covered above mid -level nitrogen .Potassium im-proved net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value relatively evident during the rapid growth period , whereas it had less effect on them during fiber maturity period .Nitrogen was helpful for net photosynthetic rate , while potassium was useful for SPAD value during harvesting periods .These results might offer important references for studying formation mechanism of ramie yield .
