摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality adjusted life year ( QALY) of hypertension patients in suburban areas of Shanghai and its influencing factors.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to select hypertension patients in sub -urban areas of Shanghai between July and August , 2013.European quality of life 5-dimensions ( EQ-5D) and Japanese Value Set were used to measure QALY.SPSS software was used for non -parametric test and logistic regression analysis.Results The average QALY of hypertension patients investigated was 66.34.According to the logistic regression results , gender, age, martial status, filial number, income per month and blood pressure one year ago were the influencing factors.Conclusion The average QALY of hypertension patients investigated was 66.34.For male patients, the blood pressure having reached to the standard one year ago is the protective factors of QALY.Ages and filial numbers are the risk factors.Female patients, aged patients, patients who have many children and whose blood pressure is not better controlled and has large fluctuation should be focused on the hyper -tension management in community , in order to improve the life quality of patients.关键词
