基于物联网的老年慢性病自我健康管理模式的构建研究
Construction of Health Self-management Model of Older People with Chronic Diseases Based on Internet of Things
摘要
Abstract
The health self -management , having emerged as the time requires with the speedy increase of the aged population , the prevalence rate of chronic disease and mortality , and empty nester , is the key to the change from "passive medical service"to"active health service".The application of the Internet of things technology in home -health monitoring and remote medical also assists in elderly patients with chronic diseases′health self -management , and provides them with intelli-gent, convenient , user-friendly medical health services.The author proposes chronic health self -management model in elderly based on the Internet of things and analyzes its connotation , construction ideas and research contents , so as to provide reference for the research field of aged care and chronic disease management.关键词
