2006-2011年广西某精神病专科医院抑郁障碍患者住院费用及其影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To study the composition of hospitalization expenses of patients with depressive disorder and its influencing factors so as to provide a reference for the control of hospital fees.Methods The relevant information about hospitali-zation expenses of 743 patients with depressive disorder was collected from the information management system of a psychiatric hos -pital from the year 2006 to 2011 , and then retrospectively analyzed.The multivariate regression analysis method was applied to an-alyze the factors influencing the expenses.Results In 2006-2011 , the annual average hospitalization expense of patient with depressive disorder was RMB 5 362.45 yuan.Among the hospitalization costs , the treatment cost accounted for 35.3%, followed by drug costs , laboratory test cost.bed cost and others , accounted for 35.30%, 32.56%, 21.63%, 6.29%and 4.22%, re-spectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the hospitalization days were more 〔b =0.066 , 95%CI ( 0.005 , 0.084)〕, and the expense of the patients with medical insurance 〔b=0.586, 95%CI (0.009, 0.036)〕 cost more.Con-clusion How to shorten the hospitalization days of patients with depressive disorder is the key to reduce the patient ′s hospital fees.To shorten the hospitalization time can not only reduce the patient′s hospital fees to relieve their burden , but also speed up the bed turnover to raise the economic benefits of the hospital.关键词
