摘要
Abstract
Application of plant in vitro tissue culture and genetic transformation technology can improve plant characteristics,help breeding new varieties and overcome barriers for gene exchange be-tween species.And this kind of characteristics improvement has good pertinence and clear objective, thus having higher value both for research and application.This paper presents the research progress on pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)nutritive organs and zygotic embryo explants in vitro culture.It also discusses about the species of explants,basal media,plant growth regulators and other added substance,culture condition,pretreatments,and the effect of exogenous genes on somatic embryo. Moreover,the paper carries out prospection for future research activity.关键词
