以不同蚜虫为食的龟纹瓢虫生长发育和繁殖规律研究
Development and Fecundity of Propylea japonica (Thunberg) Fed on Different Aphids

Abstract
Effects of different aphid species (Aphis gossypii Glover on cotton, A. gossypii Glover on cucumber, Melanaphis sacchari Zehntner, Aphis glycines Matsumura, and Aphis citricola van der Goot) and their combinations (A. gossypii:M. sacchari=1:3, 1:1 and 3:1) on development and fecundity of Propylea japonica were observed in the laboratory. Results showed that P. japonica fed on M. sacchari had the shortest generation period (15 d), the highest fecundity (143 eggs·10 d−1) and the heaviest fresh weight (female 8.93 mg, male 6.58 mg). The survival rate of P. japonica fed on mixed aphids increased significantly compared to those fed on M. sacchari. The results indicate that M. sacchari is the most suitable food for P. japonica, and A. gossypii, supplemented for the first instar benefits population increase.关键词
