温度、pH值及溶液对胃瘤线虫幼虫体外存活时间的影响
EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE, PH AND PRESERVATIVE SOLUTION ON IN VITRO SURVIVAL OF EUSTRONGYLIDES
摘要
Abstract
In vitro survival time of eustrongylides was evaluated in the present study when stored at different temperature, pH and preservation solutions. The viability of eustrongylides lasted (2±0.71) h, (5±1.15) h and (5±1.15) d at-36℃,-20℃and-7℃, or (55±5.29) d,>9 d , 3 d and (5±2) s at 4℃, 16℃-28℃, 32℃and 68℃. When pH was 7.4, 7, ≥8.87 or ≤5.10, eustrongylides survived for (15±2) d, (8±1) d or (2±1) d. Eustrongylides kept viability for (14±2) d, (11.67±1.53) d, (10.33±3.21) d, (8±1) d and (4.33±0.58) h in 2%amylaceum, Ringer’s fluid, 0.9%NaCl, distilled water and high concentration of NaCl (≥6.5%). These results provided useful information for the preservation of eustrongylides in laboratory and for food safety.关键词
