荧光定量PCR检测Meq基因在马立克氏病病毒感染过程中的动力学变化
DYNAMICS OF MEQ GENE EXPRESSION DURING MAREK’S DISEASE VIRUS INFECTION INVITROANDINVIVO

Abstract
To illustrate dynamics of Meq gene expression during Marek's disease virus inefection in vivo and in vitro, chicken embryo fiber (CEF) cells and chickens were infected with very virulent strain RB1B or vaccine strain CVI988 and Meq levels were measured in real-time PCR. In CEF cells infected with vaccine strain CVI988, Meq expression continuously increased within 24 hours post infection (hpi). However, Meq gene expression increased from 24 hpi to 72 hpi and then decreased in CEF cells infected with very virulent strain RB1B. The results of chicken experiment showed that Meq expression in thymus and spleen gradually increased and peaked at day 21 post infection with very virulent strain RB1B. The Meq gene expression showed a different pattern in chickens inoculated with vaccine strain CVI988. In these chickens, Meq levels peaked in thymuses at day 14 post inoculation but were the lowest in spleens at the same time and gradually rose. These findings would contribute to better understand the dynamics of Meq gene expression during Marek's disease.关键词
