SHIP在口腔鳞癌中表达研究
Expression of SHIP in oral squamous cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of SHIP gene in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods Adja-cent tissues,primary tumors and metastatic lymph nodes in 36 patients of OSCC from 2008 to 2011 at Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,School of Stomatology of China Medical University,were collected. The levels of SHIP, MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of SHIP in adjacent tis-sues were higher than in others(P<0.05). The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions in primary tumors and meta-static lymph nodes were higher than in adjacent tissues(P<0.01). Conclusion SHIP gene has a negative effect on in-vasion and metastasis in OSCC.关键词
