声波根管器械联合ProTaper锉治疗残髓炎临床疗效评价
Clinical application and evaluation of sonic instrumentation combined with ProTaper files in canal treatment for residual pulpitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of sonic instrumentation combined with ProTaper files in ca-nal treatment for residual pulpitis. Methods Totally 78 residual pulpitis cases were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group.The experimental group were treated with sonic instrumentation combined with ProTa-per files,while the control group were treated by ProTaper files. The two groups were treated by calcium hydroxide after medication for 1 week.We compared the reaction of the two groups after root canal preparation of 24h,and root canal fill-ing one week later and the result one year later,and statistics analysis was conducted. Results The reaction of the ex-perimental group was less serious than that of the control group after 24 h and 1 week. The result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after 1 year. Conclusion Sonic instrumentation combined with ProTaper files is an active and adjunctive therapy for residual pulpitis. The method is simple to use and the long term result is reli-able.关键词
