Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical way and method of the implantable vascular access devices. Methods The different operative techniques and methods of 2007 adult patients with the implantable vascular access devices performed between December 2008 and April 2013 in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 1828 patients (91.2%) were internal jugular vein punctured in 2007 patients, including 789 patients via left internal jugular vein punctured and 1039 patients via right internal jugular vein punctured. There were 179 patients (8.8%) via subclavian vein punctured, including 77 patients via left subclavian vein and 102 patients via right subclavian vein. The implant complications occurred in 12 patients (0.60%). There was no death in the group. Conclusion The intraoperative and postoperative complications can be effectively prevented by choosing appropriate implant method, definituding the operation process and regulating strictly the operation steps.关键词
