Abstract
The article suggested employing the payment mode of expense quota offset in current medical charge pattern in public hospitals and operation mechanism of newly-established public hospitals. It explored the application of expense quota offset in medical charge of public hospitals to solve high expenses and difficulties in health care,to ensure normal revenue for hospitals and to keep staff’s enthusiasm.关键词
