Comparison study on Shanghai medical supplies that can be charged separately with national new project ;speciifcations

Abstract
Objective:To compare the similarities and differences between Shanghai medical supplies that can be charged separately and national new project specifications(2012)and to explore its reasons for reference of implementation of new specifications. Methods:Comparative analysis was conducted based on the national version of the directory. The similarities and differences between Shanghai version and national version were analyzed. Expert consultation was carried out. Results:The framework and scope of new national directory was different with the Shanghai directory. The proportion of the common items between the national and Shanghai directory accounted for 67%. Among the different items,115 only belonged to the national directory,while 20 only belonged to Shanghai. Lack of definition and overlapping of classification were found in the new version of the directory. Duplicate items, the connotation of disposable consumables two and low value consumables were discovered in Shanghai directory. Conclusion:Medical supplies of the national version of the directory should be further amended. It is suggested that provinces and municipalities supplement or reduce supplies according to the actual situation.关键词
