上海市放射诊疗卫生技术人员人力资源需求分析
Analyzing health personnel needs of radiation protection services in Shanghai hospitals

Abstract
Objective:To predict the need of human resources in radiation protection service agencies in Shanghai by analyzing the the demand for the services of radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy in hospitals. Methods:The number of divisions of radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy,professionals and instrument for radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy were analyzed based on the available data from the literatures and governmental networks. The workload of required services provided by the radiation protection service agencies,which were promulgated by the government in various laws or regulations,was estimated. The need of human resources in the radiation protection service agencies was predicted. Results:There are about 1 400 divisions of radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy, 6 400 staff and 3 700 pieces of radiological instrument in Shanghai. Three hundred and thirty staff in the radiation protection service agencies are needed to meet the needs of radiation protection services. Conclusion:The number of division of radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy in Shanghai hospitals is large and grows rapidly,as well as the staff and equipment. The need of radiological health services will continuously increase and government should pay more attention to support the development of these agencies.关键词
