Abstract
Objective:To make reasonable and optimal arrangements of opening sickbeds of clinical departments by analyzing the efficiency index of sickbed utilization. Methods:A retrospective analysis of using the sickbed efficiency index was conducted to calculate the 95% confidence interval of opening sickbeds by Excell2003,based on medical statistical report data of 2012. Results:Throughout the year of 2012,of all the 21 clinical departments equipped with complete sickbeds,seven were operated properly in sickbed arrangement and 14 needed to be rearranged in the setting of sickbed number. Conclusion:In 21 clinical departments,the sickbed arrangement of 11 clinical departments needs to be rearranged. It is suggested that a timely sickbed rearrangement and a flexible management should be adopted according to the sickbed efficiency index to make better use of bed resources and create good economic and social benefits.关键词
