Thoughts of health resource allocation problem of rural elderly nursing care

Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation of population aging and health resource allocation problem for reference of elderly nursing work. Methods:Comprehensive descriptive method such as surveys and observation methods were used. Conclusion:Some suggestions such as strengthening the construction of nursing care health institutions in rural areas and training personnel of these institutes were put forward.关键词
