基于DEA-MPI的12所临床医学中心效率动态分析
Dynamic analysis on the technical efficiency of twelve clinical centers based on Data Envelopment Analysis-Malmquist Production Index
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To conduct a dynamic analysis on annual technical efficiency from 2006 to 2010 and to provide the evidence for further strengthening the management. Methods:The Malmquist Production Index(MPI) based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)was used to make a dynamic analysis on annual technical efficiency. Results:The results showed that overall efficiency was getting worse;the deteriorated level of individual efficiency increased,and scale efficiency and technical level were the main factors in causing the efficiency deterioration. Conclusion:It is necessary to pay attention to influencing factors,enhance overall efficiency,highlight the individual institutions with continued deterioration of the efficiency and adopt specific measures.关键词
