186例儿童单眼弱视的影响因素及疗效分析
Analysis of the effect and influence factors of 186 children, monocular amblyopia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and its main influence factors of monocular ambly-opia in children. Methods 186 children with monocular amblyopia from 4 ~15 years old were scattered pupils with 1%atropine per 6 month to one year, had retinoscopy optometry and amblyopic training after glasses, and then were ob-served their treatment effects. Results 122 children were cured (65.60%) , progress in 53 cases (28.50%) , invalid in 11 cases ( 5.91) . Conclusions Monocular amblyopia in children after active treatment can be cured . The main factors connecting with the therapeutic effect is age of children, degree of amblyopia, fixation type and amblyopic type.关键词
