Analysis of the relative factor of the retinopathy of premature in Xuzhou region

Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence and the relative factor of the retinopathy of premature (ROP) in Xuzhou region . Methods To collect 520 cases of children who were screened and analyzed the data with logic regression. Results We screened 520 cases, 74 cases ( 14.3%) with the ROP, the ROP has no relation with childbirth age, baby gender, HIE, the history of oxygen during pregnancy, gestational age and birth weight are protec-tive factors, oxygen history of infants and hormone history during pregnancy are risk factors. Conclusions The inci-dence of ROP in Xuzhou region is 14.3% , the history of oxygen during pregnancy, gestational age and birth weight, oxygen history of infants and hormone history during pregnancy are closely related to the occurrence of ROP. It is com-mend to screen such premature infant carefully.关键词
