Abstract
Advantages and disadvantages of lean production and six sigma management were analyzed and its application in tobacco industry was explored. Three key points in implementing lean six sigma in tobacco industry were identified. Suggestions in implementing lean six sigma to improve performance efficiency and enhance market competitiveness were proposed.关键词
