植物性杀虫剂对烤烟叶片生理及内在品质的影响
Inlfuence of botanical pesticides on physiology and intrinsic quality of lfue-cured tobacco leaves

Abstract
In flue-cured tobacco varieties Zhongyan 100 as test material, using field experiments were conducted to study effects of spraying different pesticides to tobacco leaf in spherical plant stage and squaring stage. Key enzymes offlue-cured tobacco leaves in carbon and nitrogen metabolism, protective enzymes , content of MDA and interior quality were investigated. Results showed that, (1) Spraying pesticides reduced key enzyme activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and NR and Inv activity as well; (2) Spraying pesticides enhanced activity of enzymes of protective system, while content of MDA didn’t accumulate; (3) Spraying pesticides resulted better harmony of chemical components and increased content of aroma constituents except for neophytadiene. Meanwhile, chemical pesticide reduced neophytadiene while botanical pesticides increased it. Comprehensive analysis reveals that botanical pesticide 1 resulted the least negative influence of growth physiology and the best harmony of chemical components and the highest total aroma of all treatments.关键词
