Abstract
The concept of "management and control of construction project investment" was put forward, according to construction difficulties and existing literatures. Based on project life cycle, the difficulties and problems of construction project management were analyzed to find their constructive countermeasures in each stage, which would be anticipated to provide references for management, control and supervision on the construction project of tobacco companies.关键词
