Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of platelet rich plasma(PRP)combined with self lipochondrion in facial fat transplantation. Methos From October 2009 to May 2012,105 patients who had forehead and temple sinking,and deep sunken of nasolabial groove caused by facial skin senility,received the transplantation of PRP combined with self lipochondrion. The sinking part and winkles of face were filled. The most suitable proportion was every 20ml purified lipochondrion added with 1~1.5ml PRP. Results After 3 to 8 month following up,excavation of face was corrected,with fine and smooth skin,and less winkles. Conclusion PRP has many growth factors,and it can promote cytothesis and vascularization,and reduce the assimilation of the transplanted fat. Self lipochondrion combined PRP can not only increase the survival rate of lipochondrion,but also the material of the operation is convenient,with reliable treatment efficacy and clinical practice.关键词
