Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the modified skin suture double eyelid plastic. Methods Remaining the orbicularis oculi muscle of subcutaneous tissue of eyelid and part of the lower lip,revealing tarsus organization and levator aponeurosis,doing intradermal suture on Location 2 points subcutaneous tissue and levator aponeurosis,and doing suture along the eyelid line. Results After 5 months to 3 years of follow-up,380 cases were treated with this method line double eyelid surgery,bilateral eyelid had consistent width,double eyelid folds were smooth,with faster recovery than traditional surgical procedures. 5 cases had unilateral reaction subcutaneous knot,8 cases had the surgeon shallow and short on partial double eyelid line. Conclusion Using the modified minimally invasive percutaneous suture technique in incision double eyelid surgery,minimizes trauma,simplifies operation,promotes rapid recovery after surgery,and enhances the appearance and beauty.关键词
