Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of cast porcelain veneers cosmetic restoration and the traditional porcelain veneers cast resin veneers cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth,in order to provide reference for the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods 48 patients with 150 teeth were randomly divided into the observation group(cast porcelain veneers)and the control group(conventional resin veneers),and the residual rate,satisfaction degree and the total treatment efficiency were compared. Results The rate of residual teeth(95.4% vs 82.4%),the satisfaction degree(93.4% vs 78.1%)and the total treatment efficiency(90.0% vs 70.7%)of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion There is high clinical value of cast porcelain veneers cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth and it should be widely applied.关键词
