血栓通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析OA
Curative Effect Analysis of Thrombus on Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Disease
目的探讨血栓通治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将214例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为观察组（138例）和对照组（76例），对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用血栓通注射液治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效和心电图疗效总有效率为96.38%和93.48%，均明显高于对照组的78.95%和73.68%（P＜0.05）。结论血栓通注射液可提高冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗疗效，值得临床推广应用。
