摘要
Abstract
Objective The determination of content in astragaloside of Qishaokangdukeli, establish the quality standards of preparations. Methods or Results A linear relationship wihin the range of 0.9-10.8μg, regression equation Y=5.5969+1.7274X, r=0.9999; accurate RSD is 3.82%;stability RSD is 3.69%; the reproducibility astragaloside content (mg/g) X=0.0974, RSD=4.14%; Recoveries of astragaloside X=98.47%, RSD=0.59%. Conclusion The stable in determination of astragaloside of Qishaokangdukeli,can be used as preparation quality standards control indicators in Qishaokangdukeli.关键词
