Abstract
Objective To observe the drug dragon in combination with nano silver gel treatment the curative ef ect of senile atrophic vaginitis. Methods Choose 136 cases of senile atrophic vaginitis patients divided into two groups, the treatment group for drug in combination with nano silver gel, the control for the drug dragon joint metronidazole suppository, compared two groups of clinical curative ef ect and clinical improvement, vaginal inflammation grade and vaginal health, local application of adverse reaction, recurrence in 1 year. Results Two groups of patients with clinical ef icacy and the cure rate and ef ective, no statistical significance (P>0.05). Two group of patients after the treatment of vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, itching, etc al disappear, tenderness and vaginal and vulvar and vaginal and vulvar burning sensation in the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Two groups of local application of adverse reactions are significant dif erence, which was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Treatment group 1 year recurrence rate is lower than the control group. Conclusion Application for drug in combination with nano silver gel to treat senile atrophic vaginitis reduces the recurrence rate, reduce the vaginal mucosa stimulation, reducing bacterial drug resistance, curative effect, safe, economic, convenient, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
