摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate continuous care mode's application in the patients on hemodialysis and its ef ects on depression, anxiety and stress. Methods Select 36 patients in our hospital randomly, then use Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) to col ect information. Results The application of continuous care model had a significant relationship with DASS-21.There was an important improvement of negtive emotion such as depression, anxiety and stress brefore and after the application of continuous care model. Conclusion Continuous care model can improve the dialysis patients’ psychological pressure ef iciently and help patients recover, worthy of clinical application.关键词
