摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the comfortable nursing care in the community application ef ect in elderly patients with bronchial asthma acute attack. Methods 40 patients in elderly patients with acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=20). Control group adopts respiratory medicine routine nursing, implement comfortable nursing on the basis of the observation group, compared two groups of patients with nursing ef ect. Results Observation group nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the recognition score and adherence observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, 1 year recurrence rate significantly lower than the control group, two groups of comparisons dif erence was statistical y significant, (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the implementation of the community of elderly patients with bronchial asthma awareness, compliance and nursing satisfaction, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
